Purchasing Baby Bunk^TM Infant Sleeper and Accessories

Measurement Form:  These measurements are necessary to ensure the compatibility of the Baby Bunk Infant Sleeper with your bed.

Renting Baby Bunk^TM Infant Sleeper

Rental Agreement for Baby Bunk Infant Sleeper, Measurement Form and Order Form for Baby Bunk Infant Sleeper and Accessories  (Note: Be sure that your printer is set for "Portrait" format, so that the form will all print out on one page. Just select "Print" from the "File" menu in either Firefox or Internet Explorer, then click on the "Properties" button next to your printer name.)

When you are ready to rent your Baby Bunk^TM infant sleeper, sign and return the rental agreement, measurement form and order form, along with a security deposit of $50.00 and the first month's rental fee of $40.00. If you are purchasing a mattress and bumper, be sure to include the additional fees. All fees are taxable: a 6% Florida Sales Tax (Residents only) should be added to your order. Payment may be made by personal check or money order (payable to Side By Side Sleeping, Inc.), or by Visa/Mastercharge credit card (fill in all required information on your order form).

The Baby Bunk^TM Infant Sleeper is available for rental.  Rental does not include a mattress and bumpers. You may purchase a mattress (a variety of options are available) as well as a 3 sided bumper and sheets to fit your Baby Bunk Infant Sleeper. (See our Price List for prices). If you should decide to purchase your Baby Bunk^TM infant sleeper at the end of your rental, paid rental fees (with the exception of the first month's rental fee) will be credited towards the purchase price of $295.00. Sheets and bumper covers are also available as listed on the Price List.

Your Baby Bunk^TM infant sleeper will be shipped to you via a ground courier service ( Fed Ex, DHL, UPS).  Shipping fees are noted on your price list and must be included with your original order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. You will be billed monthly until you decide to terminate your rental agreement. At that time, you will need to notify Side By Side Sleeping, Inc. of your termination and disassemble, repack, and return or ship your Baby Bunk^TM per our instructions to Side By Side Sleeping, Inc. A pick-up can be arranged at your home through Side By Side Sleeping, Inc. at a cost of $7.00 plus shipping. Your security deposit will be refunded to you upon receipt and inspection of your returned Baby Bunk.
